1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or damaged items.

  • Sale items or promotional bundles.

3. How to Request a Return

  • If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you received a damaged product or your order is incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
